Organisations don’t change. People do.

Why is it that we still believe if we change and org chart everything will be fine. Or adding a Maximus Gigantiumus framework for an Agile organization (SAFE) would change, anything?
Or a technical solution decedent from God herself?
I think we need to see things from a different mindset. People first mindset.
Note: In my mind, I added these bullet points. Not complete. It’s a start.- People first organization.
- Digitization is changing a process. Helping everyone onboard. BOTH Internally AND Externally.
- Don’t digitalize your shit processes.
- Two stakes. Processes. People.
- When you have figure out WHY. HOW and with which people. You can change the process. Not the other way around.
- Define a Digital Mindset for your organization. What is that?
- Remote. Modern. Status. Stress. What we need is a way to disconnect. Be brave and say. We should do fika and talk instead. Have a coffee. Coffee with a whiteboard.
- If we were less stressed in the 70ties, why are we stressing even more? To be more connected. More productive. What happens with deep thinking?
- Digitization and transformation fail when an organization fails to admit that people need to change.
- Think if we just got this wrong. What if there is a culture that needs to have a digital Mindset. And make small baby steps towards a new exciting future.
What if all this buzz-word-talk should just be called: Change?
